Welcome to Crewind Communications. This is a Member Agreement between us and our prospective clients which explains the terms and conditions governing the use of our services. By utilizing our services you accept that you have carefully read and understood these terms and agree to abide by it.
Copyrights: All content, including but not limited to text, software, music, sound, photographs, video, graphics, or other material contained on this site are licensed properties of Crewind Communications unless mentioned otherwise and cannot be reproduced under any circumstances.
Pricing: Crewind Communications reserves the right to change prices of individual services on its sole discretion without any prior notices. All payments should reach Crewind
Payment: Unless agreed otherwise an upfront payment of 50% of the total service fee is due with every order. In all other cases the payment will be due upon completion of site. In case of outstanding payments Crewind Communications will have the rights at its sole and absolute discretion to discontinue provision of services we would otherwise be obliged to provide under the agreement. All payments by cheque, bankers draft or money order must be made in American Dollars. All credit card and debit card transactions will be processed in American Dollars
Liability: Crewind Communications will try its best to provide top class services, but as the nature of some services is completely out of our control we exclude ourselves and our employees from any liability for loss or damage caused to you as part of service delivery.
Law: These conditions and all other express terms of contract shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Severability: In the event any one or more of the provisions of this Agreement and/or Order Form shall be held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this Agreement and/or Order Form shall be unimpaired and the Agreement and/or Order Form shall not be void for this reason alone. Such invalid, illegal or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a mutually acceptable valid, legal and enforceable provision which comes closest to the intention of the parties underlying the invalid, illegal or unenforceable provision.
